Raymund Sison is an innovative creative leader, a seasoned brand builder, and a social entrepreneur. His body of work has demonstrated that the best ideas meet at intersection of humanity, creativity,

and technology, and has gotten him over 200 awards and recognitions from creative festivals all over the world.

He was named APAC’s 40 Under 40 2023 for his creative leadership that cares deeply about people and purpose, and was nominated for Campaign Southeast Asia Creative Leader of the Year 2022

and 2023 for transforming a young digital indie into one of the country’s hottest, most sought-after agencies, through creativity, culture, and innovation.

Under his creative leadership as Chief Creative Officer, Propel Manila was named Global Digital Indie of the Year by Campaign Magazine, besting the world’s best indies, two years in a row. Bagged Agency of the Year across award shows. Ranked one of the top agencies in Asia-Pacific according to The Work 2023.

He’s gained over 18 years of local and regional experience from ad agencies like DDB, Grey, BBDO Guerrero, PJB, including his own creative companies Propel Manila and Elesi Studios, where he had the opportunity to work on creative, branding and marketing campaigns for P&G, Jollibee, Heineken, Pepsi, J&J, Uniqlo, Lazada, Starbucks, Philippine Airlines, Philippine Department of Tourism, Unilab, Globe, G-Cash, among others. Along the way, he’s picked up recognitions from Cannes, Clio, London International Awards, New York Festivals, Caples, Stevies, Spikes Asia, Adfest, Epica, German Design Awards, Araw Awards, Kidlat, Boomerang, Araw Values Awards. He’s the recipient of inaugural E.Zobel Diwa Grand Prix for creativity that impacts the community and his work was given merit at New York Festivals Genius Idea of the Year 2023.

He co-founded Camp Isla, a social enterprise that supports rural coastal communities and local craftsmen, through sustainable tourism. He dedicates his time to serve the community and strives

to use creativity as a force for good.
